Penetrating Water-Repellent Treatment for Long-Term Façade Protection

Neotex® Silimper is a high-performance, siloxane-based water-repellent impregnation designed to protect exterior construction surfaces from moisture penetration while preserving their natural appearance. Unlike surface coatings, it penetrates deeply into porous substrates, forming a hydrophobic barrier within the material structure.

The product significantly reduces water absorption by preventing rainwater from penetrating the surface, thereby protecting substrates from moisture-related damage such as cracking, efflorescence, and surface deterioration.

Its high penetration capability ensures effective long-term protection without forming a visible film, meaning the original look and texture of the substrate remain unchanged. This makes it particularly suitable for architectural finishes such as stone, brick, and decorative concrete.

The treatment provides early water repellency, allowing surfaces to resist moisture shortly after application, while also improving resistance to dirt accumulation and fungal growth.
