Neodur® FT Elastic is a cold-applied, fast-curing elastic aliphatic polyurea system developed for waterproofing and protection of floors and exposed surfaces where high mechanical strength, abrasion resistance, and long-term durability are required. It is particularly suited for trafficable areas such as roof decks, balconies, and terraces where both waterproofing and surface wear performance must work together.
The system forms a seamless, moisture-impermeable membrane with zero water absorption, providing reliable protection against water ingress even under demanding exposure conditions.
